How to make oceanpower extra Extra hard ice cream

1. Pour the powder into a container filled with the proper amount of milk and stir the mixture with a whisk until the powder is completely dissolved. The mixing ratio is 1 kg powder with 2 litres water.
2.The ice cream mix should be kept in the mixing container, at room temperature for 15 minutes.For best possible results, the mixture shouldn’t be stirred during the 15 minutes.
3.Pour the mix into the hard ice cream machine hopper, please confirm certain mix flowed into the cooling-cylinder before starting the machine. In about 13 minutes, the ice cream will be available for keeping in clean container.
4.Put the ice cream immediately in the refrigerator(18℃)and keep freezing 5h at least.(Freezing time various with the container capacity and refrierator temperature). Then, the ice cream is ready for use in real time(or 2 minutes more).
